New York Day Three pics - part 2 the 9 / 11 Memorial and World trade Centre










This is the station at the base of the Towers






















The artist painted an individual square of blue for each victim as a reminder of the sky on that fateful day

    Was just earie seeing these pics, I went up the twin towers, I saw the site after and before they built the memorial and sat in the visitor centre there in tears reading stories, so still to see the memorial but that's part of the plan one day again - looks very peaceful as it should be x

    Fabulous lisa words can't express how it looks now, I watched it all unfold live on TV looks peaceful now.
